Who we are
We are systemic coaches.
We are a network of professionals with at least a decade of hands-on experience.
Either from working in large companies on projects related to the third sector and socially impactful fields, or as consultants for major organisations and multinationals, focusing on change communication and people engagement.
In terms of coaching, we are trained in Systemic Executive Coaching, with some members also having completed master’s trainings in Corporate Coaching.
What unites us all is our commitment to recognising individual and team uniqueness and our ongoing pursuit of ways to facilitate alignment between who a person/group truly is (without expecting any change) and the meaningful results they wish to achieve.
